The first Moravian Star is known to have originated in the 1830s at the Moravian
Boys’ School in Niesky, Germany, as a geometry lesson or project. Now, in many
forms, it is popular throughout the world.
In this advanced 3-hour class, you will make a 12-pointed star from colorful stained glass.
**Grounded Place's comprehensive beginners Workshop or Suncatcher workshop a pre-requisite for this advanced Moravian Star Workshop.**
All patterns, glass, tools, and additional materials are included in the workshop fees.
You will have a variety of glass patterns to choose from, as well as a large selection
